Who we are…
The Frederic Housing Authority is governed by a five-member Board of Commissions, each appointed by the Village President, & supported by an Executive Director who oversees day-to-day operations. Together, this leadership team ensures the Housing AUthority’s programs are administered in full compliance with HUD regulations, federal housing laws, & established local policies & procedures.
The Frederic Housing Authority was established in 1967, marking a long-standing commitment to serving our community’s housing needs. Over the years, dedicated leaders have been instrumental in establishing & growing affordable housing options within Frederic, paving the way for today’s ongoing HUD-supported programs.
The Frederic Housing Authority continues to evolve & adapt, maintaining strong partnerships with local government, HUD, & community stakeholders to ensure long-term housing stability for residents.
At the Frederic Housing Authority, our mission is to provide safe, affordable, & well-maintained housing that fosters a true sense of home within our community. We believe that housing is more than just a place to pride in serving our neighbors with compassion, respect, & understanding, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a secure & welcoming living environment.
