Serving the Village of Frederic since 1967, the Frederic Housing Authority provides safe, affordable, & well-maintained housing for individuals & families within our community. Our mission is to ensure that every qualified household - whether low-income, very low-income, or extremely low-income — has access to a secure, comfortable, & inclusive living environment, free from discrimination of any kind.

We are dedicated to uphold the highest standards of fairness, transparency, & accessibility as outlined by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) & the Fair Housing Act.
